Her paintings are collected internationally, and are included in the collections of the Canadian Hockey Hall of Fame and the University of Virginia Children’s Hospital. She is also a narrator and voice-over artist and together Mike and “Libby” run Voiceworx.

How do you usually get inspired again after working on a big project/painting?

I go scuba diving in Cozumel and read in a hammock by the sea

Do you collect things?

I used to collect paper airplane kites and hang them from the ceiling

What's the last great book you read?

‘M Train’ by Patti Smith.

What super power do you want to have?

I would like to time travel

How do you come up with ideas?

I let my mind wander just before sleep

Is there a childhood experience that has helped shape the kind of work you do today?

I read ‘Islands in the Stream’ by Hemingway when I was 17 and saw myself in the character of Thomas Hudson
